Barber Park Liquor Catering for Your Event

Boise Liquor Catering is the exclusive alcohol provider for the Barber Park Education & Event Center. We know planning a bar at your event is so much fun but exhausting. It is one of the most important factors in hosting a successful party. The Boise Liquor Catering will provide you with professional, personable, and fun staff, wonderful service and take the worry out of planning and organizing your bar service.

Our service is for clients who desire a unique event experience. Boise Liquor Catering includes a 1-hour, no cost, initial consultation. We want time to understand the event vision, client spirit preferences, and the experience being created.

Bar Setup

We will have a full bar setup for your event. Standard size bar, additional back bar tables covered in black linen. 2nd bar set up will be $75.
The setup covers City/County Liquor Permits and The Boise Liquor Catering Liability Insurance, which is required at Barber Park.

Bar Staff

Our staff is hand selected from the local hospitality industry to ensure quality service and up-to-date knowledge of the hottest drinks and newest trends. Plus, they are fun which makes all the difference in your event.

Bar Staff Attire

Our standards: “clean & simple” dress shirt or blouse and dress slacks.

Drinkware

Clear plastic cups are $10 per 100 count sleeves. You do however have the option to upgrade to glassware including rocks glasses, wine glasses, champagne flutes, martini glasses, and more.

Bar Supplies

Shaker tins, bottle openers, bar mats, wine keys, pour spouts, straws, stirrers, bar towels, bar napkins, napkin caddies, salt and sugar rims, and more. All bar supplies are included in every package.

Non-Alcoholic Beverages for Mixers

All bar packages include Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, orange juice, cranberry juice, grapefruit, pineapple juice, and water.

Mixers

In addition to the non-alcoholic beverages listed above, all liquor packages include club soda, tonic water, ginger ale, ginger beer, grenadine, and syrups. These Red Bull and other juices are also available for your specialty drinks for an upgrade.

Garnishes

Lemons and limes.

Additional Information

There is a minimum base of $400 of alcohol that must be purchased by hosts, guests, or a combination of both during non-hosted events.
Deposit required of $400 or 50% of estimated beer, wine, and liquor to be served due at signing of contract.
6% Tax applied to hosted packages.
Suggested 18% Gratuity on hosted bars.
2nd bar set up will be $75.
All bartenders bill at $20/hour and additional Bartenders $20/hour; we suggest 1 bartender per 70 guests.
Due to liquor laws, all liquor, beer, and wine must be poured and served over the bar by the bartender. You may not bring any self-serve spirits to the event.
The Boise Liquor Catering will help you every step of the way making your selection of liquor extremely easy.

Craft/Imports $350 (Sockeye, Payette, Boise Brewing, Lost Grove) *Most beers
Most Kegs yields 15.5 gallons/ 124-16 oz glasses or 165-12oz glasses.
CO2 and keg set-up included.

Hosted Bar Service

We have multiple options for hosting the bar at your event which we review in detail in the initial client consultation.

Option One: Hosted bars can be charged on a per drink/keg/bottle beer/wine bottle ordered basis. We will keep a tally of drinks orders for your event. At the end we will charge you the amount that was consumed.

Option Two: Price Per Head on a pre-selecting a tiered plan (Beer & Wine, Basic, Call, or Premium) which is charged per number of guests attending, and the hours that the bar is open. Below are the different packages you may chose from.

Beer & Wine Bar

One domestic draft beer, and most craft/imported draft beer.
